What to Expect During Shipping:

All pool tables are shipped via freight carrier on a large semi-truck. Delivery will be made as close to your home, cabin, or property as the truck can safely access. Depending on your location, this may mean the truck cannot reach your driveway, and you will need to be prepared to meet the driver and handle the delivery from that point.

Delivery is considered curbside service, meaning the shipment will be delivered to the end of the truck only, not into your home, garage, or other structures. Assistance may be required to unload your table. A liftgate service will be provided if needed to lower the item from the truck.

Upon arrival, you are required to inspect and sign for your delivery. If there are any damages or issues, you must document them on the Proof of Delivery (POD) before the driver leaves the property. Failure to note damages at that time may result in loss of coverage for any claims. Photographs are strongly recommended as additional documentation.

Delivery appointments are typically scheduled with a 2–4 hour window. If you know that a large semi-truck cannot access your delivery location, please arrange a smaller truck for final-mile delivery when possible.

For pool tables, we strongly recommend using a professional installer. In many cases, it may be easier to have your table delivered directly to the installer, who can then handle transportation, setup, and assembly.

For smaller items, shipments are made via Spee-Dee Delivery or UPS.

If You Miss Your Delivery Appointment:

All pool tables are shipped via freight carrier and require a scheduled delivery appointment. It is the customer’s responsibility to be present at the scheduled delivery time and location.

If the customer fails to be available for the delivery appointment, the shipment may be returned to the warehouse or held at a carrier facility. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred, including but not limited to:

*Re-delivery or re-attempt fees
*Return shipping fees
*Storage or carrier facility holding fees

If the shipment is returned to the warehouse by the courier, the customer will have 10 days from the original scheduled delivery date to request a return. After this 10-day period, the order will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

To avoid additional fees or forfeiture, please ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect your delivery at the scheduled time.

In the event that a shipment is held at a carrier facility, Zenith Pool Tables will coordinate with the customer to either:

1. Arrange for the customer to pick up the package directly from the carrier facility, or
   
2. Schedule a re-delivery to the customer’s home address.
   

For re-delivery appointments, the customer must ensure that someone is present during the scheduled delivery window to receive and inspect the shipment. Failure to do so may result in additional fees as outlined above.

At Zenith Pool Tables, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 10 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition and packaged securely in its original box and on a pallet to prevent damage during transit. Returns that are not properly packaged may be subject to additional fees or refusal.

If your item arrives damaged, it is essential that all damages are noted on the delivery receipt before signing. This documentation allows us to file a claim with the carrier and ensure a prompt resolution. We also recommend that customers take clear photos of any damage to assist with the claim process. Please note that the manufacturer will replace damaged or defective parts only, not the entire product.

Unless the return is due to a verified product defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs. Any shipping fees incurred during the original delivery are non-refundable.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, Zenith Pool Tables will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only. Shipping and delivery fees, including any liftgate or freight surcharges, are non-refundable. If the return item shows signs of use, damage, or improper repackaging, a restocking fee or partial refund may apply at our discretion.
