Returns/Exchanges

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@zenithpooltables.com  and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.  To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@zenithpooltables.com. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Viking Northwoods Return Policy

At Zenith Pool Tables, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 10 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition and packaged securely in its original box and on a pallet to prevent damage during transit. Returns that are not properly packaged may be subject to additional fees or refusal.

If your item arrives damaged, it is essential that all damages are noted on the delivery receipt before signing. This documentation allows us to file a claim with the carrier and ensure a prompt resolution. We also recommend that customers take clear photos of any damage to assist with the claim process. Please note that the manufacturer will replace damaged or defective parts only, not the entire product.

Unless the return is due to a verified product defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs. Any shipping fees incurred during the original delivery are non-refundable.

Once your returned item has been received and inspectedZenith Pool Tables will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only. Shipping and delivery fees, including any liftgate or freight surcharges, are non-refundable. If the return item shows signs of use, damage, or improper repackaging, a restocking fee or partial refund may apply at our discretion.

Product Defects:

Customers are advised to inspect all products upon receipt. In some cases, our products may require minor “touch-ups,” which are common in the furniture industry.

If an unusual issue arises, please contact us to discuss the best course of action. In many instances, we can provide replacement pieces or parts to resolve the problem. Returned goods or credit will not be accepted or issued without prior approval.

When repair parts are ordered, customers will be billed for both parts and freight. After inspection and determination of the cause, we will either issue credit, send replacements, or contact you to discuss the resolution. 

Note: Freight will not be charged on replacement parts if they are shipped with your next scheduled order.
